I'm still reading The Name of the Wind. In all fairness, it's over 600 pages long. But really that's no excuse.

I'm not in a reading slump, because when I do start reading I'm really into it. It's just that it takes a bit of motivation to start reading.

Ironically I want to be reading now, but I have a maths test tomorrow and I need to revise.

*Sigh*

Either way, The Name of the Wind is an awesome and gripping YA fantasy novel which you should definitely read. Read it.

Why books are ALWAYS better than films; Maud

Hey guys!

Today I'm going to be writing about the difference about books and films and why the books are ALWAYS better.

Disclaimer: this is only my opinion :/ 

1. The story line is in so much more detail and lots of the 

important details are missed out in the films as they are only technically based on the books. 

2. It helps your education and learning as it will help teach you new words and your English teachers will be happy with you :) 

3. It can be extremely relaxing and help you get to sleep whereas films wake you up!

These are only 3 of many things that books can help you do compared to films. 

Although, you can watch a film once in a while as a treat :)
